Our DARs come with decades of experience working as Aviation Safety Inspectors (ASI) for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and many years of private sector working in the aviation industry. A DAR is appointed by the FAA and is responsible for upholding the FAA’s standards. Our Designated Airworthiness Representatives (DARs) are under no obligation to certify anything that does not meet the requirements of the appropriate Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs). Contracting a DAR would assist and expedite the aviation services and/or certifications you may expect from the FAA.
Below are some of the services our Designated Airworthiness Representatives (DARs) may provide:
14 CFR Part 135 Air Operators and 14 CFR Part 145 Air Agencies certification process consist of stages that are called phase system. There are 5 distinct phases and each phase has multiple items that must be successfully completed prior to continuing into the next phase of the process. Acceptable manuals are also an integral part of certifications. Agencies or Air Operator manuals require FAA Acceptance or FAA Approval and no one knows that better than our professional team.
A Part 135 commuter or charter applicant, or a Part 145 Repair Station applicant will not be certificated until the FAA is confident that the prospective certificate holder understand the regulatory requirements and is able to remain in compliance with 14 CFR Part 135 or Part 145 and any other relevant parts.
